I'm more disturbed by the countless girls who whore it up for a trucker hat or t-shirt. At least this guy got millions and a crack legal team when he traded in his morals.

At his suggestion, she masturbates with a dildo, saying repeatedly that it hurts but also feels good. Francis enters the room at certain points and you hear his voice, low and flirtatious, telling her, "You are so adorable." When she says she's a virgin, he responds: "Great. You won't be after my cameraman gets done with you."

Eventually, Szyszka says, Francis told the cameraman to leave and pushed her back on the bed, undid his jeans and climbed on top of her. "I told him it hurt, and he kept doing it. And I keep telling him it hurts. I said, 'No' twice in the beginning, and during I started saying, 'Oh, my god, it hurts.' I kept telling him it hurt, but he kept going, and he said he was sorry but kissed me so I wouldn't keep talking."

Afterward, she says, Francis cleaned them both off with a paper towel and told her to get dressed. Then, she says, he opened the door and told the cameraman to come back, saying, "She's not a virgin anymore."

That's fvcking rape! I hope he burns in hell.

All of this whining from the male crowd here about this guy being scum...is such a joke...

Society is filled with scum period...Welcome to humanity...

I think you're forgetting the fact that if the story is true, that girl is the victim. Now you're blaming her for getting raped?

She was a victim? She WILLINGLY got drunk. She WILLINGLY went onto his bus. She WILLINGLY took all of her own clothes off (by herself). She WILLINGLY masturbated in front of them. Then she WILLINGLY laid there while he opened his pants and got on top of her.

As the reporter mentioned, the girl was so enamored with, "oh, famous and RICH guy picked me! He picked me out of all these girls! *swoon*" that she went along with everything he suggested WILLINGLY. It was likely not until the next day that she stopped and realized what a dumbass she was and suddenly decided to call it rape.

I have no argument against labeling this guy scum. He is. However, don't fool yourselves into thinking the women that flock to him are any better. They're all happily throwing their clothes off for thirty seconds (or less, and rarely more) of attention from a rich and famous guy.

The article stated she told him to stop several times, and yet he kept on going. How did you interpret that as being she was willing?

As an addedum to my above post: if she really did say it hurt and 'no', then yes I agree it is rape. However, my point is that these women are hardly the "inncoent little girls" people love to make them out to be while showing this guy as a "horrible mean monster". As someone else said, he wouldn't have been successful if there weren't a) women rushing forward and volunteering in droves and b) people willing to buy these videos.

I don't think I like the author of the article. We're to believe that this guy almost broke her arm with a cop standing two feet away? I think she can paint it any way she wants. It's her narrative with noone else to back it up. She can paint it any degree of severity she wants. She also makes fun of pimply faced young males and makes other shallow and superficial remarks. Don't forget she has a newspaper to sell.

I prefer 'Bang-Bus'.

Better Cinematography, and watching Sanchez leave some chick at the side of the road is hilarious.

If this was all true, i hope he'd be in prison. If not, it's called defamation is it not? ;)

If he raped her, there are laws against that. They do however require proof.

Welll...he's certainly a lowlife, but there are thousands of other people in this country alone who are FAR worse.

You're failing to see the bigger picture. He notoriously pushes alcohol onto the women. They, sometimes, don't have the physical capacity to say no. Then they are convinced to perform sex acts and sign waivers while under the influence.

So an adult that chooses to get drunk no longer is responsible for her actions? Do men get this free pass when drunk, too?

More power to him. He's doing what he wants to do and getting rich doing it. He's probably really happy too.

I don't need any proof to tell that the guy is a douchebag. I can see that much from the commercials of him and his bitch tits.
