You can get 15% more performance and all you have to do is spend 70% more!
Do CPUs this expensive just exist to say "look, we're faster" even if nobody actually buys them in any meaningful quantity. Or have they sold well previously?
To possibly head off a criticism/preemptively straw man you all: I know people like to bring up the supercar analogy, but I think driving a McLaren P1 is a vastly different experience to driving a regular but still expensive sports car. With a CPU like this you're shaving off a few seconds of off long running tasks at best.
