Corsair demoed the Dominator Platinum series RAM to run at 4,400 MHz, through the use of companys DHX Cooling Technology. In order to ensure better airflow and cool down the RAM more efficiently, the Dominator will arrive with bundled airflow bracket.
On the other hand G.Skill showed off its Trident Z series of gaming RAM, which can run up to 45,00 MHz. According to the details on the packaging the timings for this gaming RAM are 16-16-16-36.
Corsair noted that both of its Vengeance and Dominator Platinum RAM will be available in the second half of June, however, G.Skill did not provide any specific information regarding the availability of Trident Z series. Also the prices were not mentioned by both companies.
