0xD745, TPlatformIndexGt( GENERATION_NVL, GFX_GTTYPE_UNDEFINED, 2 ) }, // NVL-HX

Xe3_LPG/Xe3P_LPM (Panther Lake, NVL-S: Nova Lake S, NVL-U: Nova Lake U, NVL-H: Nova Lake H, NVL-HX: Nova Lake HX, NVL-UL: Nova Lake UL)

NVL-HX still alive by the looks of it.

I was under the impression that NVL was supposed to be a full release from HEDT down to thin and light. This pretty much confirms it. Not aware of the UL identifier though. Maybe it’s the 15W TDP SKU and U is 28W. If not then it’s further down the power envelope.

NVL-HX is the note book part no way it gets killed

HX is just the desktop NVL in a BGA socket. AX is the Halo competitor that was cancelled.

Which makes more sense for Intel in the mobile space - pay NVIDIA for x60 class graphics, or use their own IP? I'd hope the answer is obvious.

Hopefully we won't have to wait too long following PTL launch to get full reviews on its performance as that'll be indicative of how likely they are to achieve that goal with NVL-AX.

No it's not it's moved to RZL

The answer is not that Intel will have both their own GPU IP and Nvidia GPU IP Based product different tier

Xe3P is big changes and double XMX throughput you can look at the GitHub for Xe3P
FYI: SIMD 32 and major arch change even bigger than Xe -> Xe2

Oh yes indeed, then it seems cancelled unless it comes much later, even though CRI comes much later than NVL-S they have already included it.

Where do you see SIMD32?

From PVC onwards (including Xe3p), the SIMD width was increased from SIMD8 to SIMD16.

All these delightfully declarative statements regarding the cancellation of NVL-AX are based on what official communication from Intel again? Or is it just yet another random internet rumor?
