I am of the opinion that the 12600kf is going to be the real champ here. It does take a significant hit from loosing a good chunk of its L3, but, I think it's going to benefit more from the DDR4 boards than the 12700 and 12900. Why? The reduced L3 will make it more RAM access latency sensitive, which is where DDR4 excellence vs DDR5. Due to the processor having fewer cores, it will have less total RAM bandwidth demands, which is DDR5's advantage. So, a decently priced 12600kf on a reasonably priced ddr4 board with a pair of 16GB dimms with decent specs and modest tuning effort should do just fine in any game you throw at it.
