Intel is doing Apple's bidding here.
Why would Intel do that though if it wouldn't be a full benefit or lose out though? Is it maybe a real strong secondary win for Intel if Apple prevailed or something I'm guessing?
If Intel can deny Qualcomm millions of dollars in patent licensing fees, then Qualcomm has less money to invest in server CPU, mobile SoC and modem R&D.

It is funny hearing Intel complain about other company dealings/practices, All about that money for everyone.
