The reason nothing gets done in congress and what does get done is so full of crap and back room deals and perks and corruption that Americans are totally turned off by all of it. And what would help stop this or at least begin stopping the congressional crapola would be TERM LIMITS. We must have term limits and the people, NOT THE CONGRESS, but only the people should decide that because congress never would allow it to happen because it affects them.
