Nice seeing you come out of lurk mode
Sup Ross! Yeah good to be back
This season is shaping up to be another 94-95. Everyone busted on Jimmy Fallon for breaking up during scenes, but SNL is really feeling the loss of him (and Will Ferrel of course). There are a couple of talented players this season (Will Forte is really good, and I still like Dratch, Hammond, and Maya) but the writing has just gotten really stale lately. They just can't write good sketches anymore. It's the same old crap recycled in a "different" way (sort of like reality shows). As hard as it is to say because she's such a hottie, Tina Fey is responsible because she's the head writer. After Hammond leaves at the end of this season (just a hunch--it's his tenth) I think Lorne needs to clean house in a major way and re-tool for the 31st season.
Anyway, no... save for the Hardball sketch and Ashlee's f$%#-up, tonight's show was a major loser (and that's really saying something because this whole season has been mediocre so far).
