Actually, the OP didn't leave enough follow up information for people. The OP (apparently) screwed up his email address. Seriously - how professional do you think this opportunity is if they can't provide pertinent details?! I was initially interested, perhaps for summer employment (I teach - have summers off). But, the lack of details is indicative of management that can't communicate well. It seems like this would be a major problem, in light of the few details provided ("thruout the state") (btw, it's "throughout" )
Yes, looks like the OP had/has an error in his profile. He's also just joined here. Certainly not unheard of for someone new to not get it right the first time. He should have made sure the email address was accurate, no question.
How professional do I think it is? Having read in the local paper about the OP's company getting the contract with the state, I think it's just as professional as any other company would be who is qualified enough to get a contract like that. The state has offices all over the place - unemployment offices, tax offices, driver's license exam sites, etc. They are indeed "throughout the state".
If you think the lack of details are indicating anything about their communications skills, you are jumping to conclusions. Does every Help Wanted ad include everything you want to know about a position? Of course not. If it was me, I wouldn't have said anything more than the OP did. "I have job openings doing this kind of work, contact me if you're interested."
Hopefully the OP gets the email address fixed.
