No he really meant Marshall Law. Hopefully he will tell us which Marshall is going to be telling us what the law is. Also is that a first or last name?

Chicago traffic is way better than this shithole that is DC metro area D:
Out of curiosity, how many hours a week do you spend in traffic jams? What do you do during that time? How do you retain your sanity?
bshole+10hrs/wk in traffic jams = full postal
I don't drive for work. That's how I maintain sanity.
Lived there in Rogers Park from 1976 to 1980. The most hideous weather on the planet. You could never pay me enough to live in that God forsaken part of our country again. I just can't figure out how Canadians live.I wouldn't live in Chicago due to the weather. An NYC winter is doable, Chicago is not. If I had to move to Chicago for work I'd move out as fast as possible.
From the OP's article "West Virginia had the greatest decline rate this year."
I guess that bastion of a red state sucks the worst.
What are you a male escort or something?
If so, what are your rates and can you take out of town trips to the Midwest?
heh, no. Just a free shuttle bus from the nearby metro station to work. About 15-20 minute each way. Well, city bus during the 3-4 weeks per year that the shuttle doesn't run.
Sure, I'll charge you to make me travel to do something. Do I get to pick the service?
I'll soon have a construct that will make deer mouse sperm glow green and/or red under fluorescent light. If you want, I can perform some human tests if you sign a waiver?
Research is not all about monetizing. It sounds more like a basic research, the kind of stuff that lays the foundation for applied research (and potentially new technologies and drugs).LoL. Dunno if your trolling or not. I'll bite. What possible purpose could there be for turning animal sperm fluorescent? How the hell would you monetize should a technology?

this. we want to figure out the mechanism behind sperm clumping (for various evil reasons, obviously), and our model has a few different species with different characteristics. Glowing sperm allows us to monitor in-vivo processes while identifying individual sperm between species that are competing in a "common pool"*
It's academic research, aimed at understanding selective, evolutionary processes. Not monetary.
This is a very common transgenic tool, by the way. perhaps the oldest, most widely-used one. It might actually be easier to make your nuts glow if you want me to, bshole.
*basically: one lucky mouse lady's vag

For the most part, it isn't a matter of red/green whatever. It's just the chemical and biological tools available to probe these systems via fluorescence happen to be those colors. It's basically impossible to specifically follow a set of proteins in a cell with visible light microscopy, hence fluorescent tags attached to specific proteins are used to study specific activity in vivo. But how does this work? Some guys drinking beer in the basement and they just start pondering if they can turn deer semen red?
Whoops.... looks like we have an answer....
LoL..... silly Zin believes in evilution when everybody knows God dun it.
I grew up on LI but spent 4 years in Chicago for college. It would get cold in the winter, but it wasn't totally unbearable.Yeah I was there twice for work, 3 days at a pop, in the middle of winter. I bought a super warm parka just for the first trip and it was still brutal. I'm guessing some of that wind coming off the lake has something to do with it.

For whatever it's worth, my state's winters are considerably rougher than Illinois' and we still have reasonably robust year-over-year population growth.
Holy shitsnacks! I lived in east Rogers Park from 87 - 94. Freaking loved it, didn't even need a car, either took the L or rode my bike to work.Lived there in Rogers Park from 1976 to 1980. Geez... in every facet of your life the city was screaming GET THE $%^& OUT and it took you this long to learn?
I mean... gee... you think the place was killing everyone slowly one traffic jam, one overpriced gas fillup, and one high tax bill at a time? While your personal life slowly just becomes running on the treadmill faster and faster to enjoy the luxury of never going out between 4pm and 8pm and over paying for everything. The answer is yes... yes it was.
Went to work this morning and the traffic light was green.
The... as in one.
But I've had it both ways. I lived an hour from DC. You need a ton of money to comfortably live there. You are either part of the "in" crowd in the city and pull an appropriate income (like $200k) or you need to get the %^&$ out.
In Jhhnn's Amerika, all jobs and residences would be assigned by the federal government. Not only would that solve the job migration issue, but since every other area would be just like Chicago and Detroit, there would be no point in moving. How do you propose to keep job creators from migrating?
Overlooked that, thanks, I assumed it was largely white flight tbh. I couldn't believe the first time I went through Wikipedia's list of Chicago mayors and saw how many of them went to jail for various kinds of corruption. Place has a lot of problems, and the money doesn't go where it needs to.

I'm going to send an email to President Trump and ask him to send troops to Chicago to put down the criminals-in-action.
