Arguably, I'm somewhat overweight to begin with. Here's the lead in on the tape:
Male, 34
Height: 6' 0"
Current Weight (as of this morning): 194lbs
I see my ideal being somewhere around 165-170lbs, and people will probably argue that's too much. Growing up through my early 20's, I topped out between 145-150lbs. Lately, my average as been around 185lbs, usually swinging between 182 and 190.
Personally, today, I feel like shit. Not emotionally, but physically. I'm up about 3 pounds since last week, and have been physically feeling ill, exhausted (though that's partially due to fatigue from lack of "good" sleep, though I tend to believe that that lack is also partly caused by weight). I feel unbalanced and someone less coordinated than usual.
This isn't a "help me AT" post, but rather something I felt like sharing. I know what I need to do. Motivation is and always will be my number one problem, but that's my problem. I'm just shocked that these last few pounds (I felt mostly fine at 185) have made me feel physically the way I do.
