Salary, probably.

Though I suppose running my E8500 at 40 Ghz would be rather impressive ... or turning my Samsung F1 into a 10 TB drive ... hmmmmmmmmmm
 
Maybe IQ... I don't know if that would be fun personally, but it could potentially help mankind somehow?
 
Lifespan would obviously be number 1, I'd be cool for making it to 700 😛. Aside from that, I'd imagine most people might want to add a 0 to the number of women they have slept with 😛.

If the aging process was spread out and it didn't mean 630 years of being an old man, I choose lifespan. If not I choose women sexed.

You'd be torn down by the rest of society with average IQs. You'd be viewed as a threat and your views would differ from those of everyone else. It would be incredibly frustrating.
