The one about all medical knowledge is great too, but your career would be short lived unless you kept up with all medical journals/procedures and had the intelligence to determine which knowledge was correct when facing conflicting theories/practices.

If I couldn't get the machine =) I'd download knowledge(reading, writing and speaking) of every language in the world throughout history. A skill that I could use in a myriad of ways and wouldn't become outdated before my lifetime ends.
