Each wall would face south, east, and west. Each wall faces south directly at the center of the wall. As you move away from the center of each wall, you gradually start facing east or west.

No, each side would face South. Earth's North pole is a magnetic south pole.

Don't believe me? Find a compass and put it next to a labeled magnet. It will point toward the south pole.

Actually I've always wondered, if you go very close to the north pole say, 100 feet from it, and look west or east, do you see everything repeating itself? That would be kinda crazy to see.

BECAUSE - youre on the Magnetic North Pole and not the Geographical north pole. Magnetic North pole is actually miles south of the Geographical North Pole(the axis point of earths rotation).

If you build your house on the True North Pole, then YES, all sides will be pointing south.

i imagine that only if each wall was truly 2 dimensional would they all face South.

otherwise, if they are built many feet outward from the exact center of the north pole so they will no longer all be facing true due South

Agreed, but unfortunately we are building on Magnetic North pole... lame.

You'll have to build a tent then. Magnetic declination constantly changes. You'd always have to move your house.
