The way I read it you are eligible. The people who aren't eligible are the companies that bought the screens to build into laptops and monitors they then sold. They have a separate lawsuit settlement.

Think I got my LG 17" LCD (ma first) around 2004 or 2005. Got my current 24" Dell around 2007 or 2008, my two TVs around 2010.

I'll let this one go since I blew $15 on shit food (cafeteria and fast foor) twice the past week anyways.

I wish there was a way of participating in class action suits where you could opt in by depriving a lawyer of money, and giving it to charity or something. I'm always conflicted. The suits are usually greed fueled bullshit, and by not participating you lose money that goes to someone else who equally doesn't deserve it. You lose either way :^/
