I have a few purchases that qualify by date, but most were in Ohio.

My TV was bought in Michigan though...

But a laptop and LCD monitor don't qualify :(

Gonna have to look at this more when I get back I'm town.

btw, any chance more states will hop on board? Why so few states anyhow? Bastards are preventing m gettin' moar moneys!

I bought a Samsung monitor back in 2006. Looks like I don't qualify at all.

Do you own a bar or PC Cafe?! D:

Anyhow... $25 is a tank of gas so I'm filing... :D:thumbsup:

Wow $25 for a tank of gas? My parents were kids when that was possible.

I'm not sure when I bought my two Acer monitors that I have now, but I think it does fall in that time range. I'm going to guess you only qualify if you actually had issues though. :p

More like the 60/70's.

25 bucks will fill my lawnmower at most. Car is like 70 bucks. I remember when I was a kid hearing my parents say "I'll go put 20 bucks of gas in the car" meaning to just top it up. To fill the whole car for that price is unheard of in the past 30-40 years.

I remember when you had to run the tank low to ensure it would take the full $20 so you didn't have to go back for change, and that was with a 22 gallon tank :^D

seriously?

I was able to fill my 20 gallon tank in my 1968 Buick back in 1988 for $20 or less. I was paying $0.15 per litre back then.

loool wow. The cheapest I've ever seen was 70-80 cents a litre, then after 9/11 it went to a dollar, at one point it was almost 2 dollars, but it's since stabilized to around 1.45 or so.

Been eating too many paint chips?? In the mid-late 90's gas was right at or under $1 a gallon. That would be 1-2 tanks of gas for a smaller car or a full tank for a good size SUV.

Seriously? It costs me $77 to fill up my truck, that's roughly 23 gallons, what car has a 20+ gallon tank? The 13 gallon tank in my mom's Eclipse is like... $45 to fill.

Hmm, I bought an HP laptop during that time frame, but I have no idea who made the TFT panel in it.

years ago, i declined participating in a soundblaster settlement. i would have received a few dollars credit towards the purchase of another soundblaster.

Bullshit. When I started driving 10 years ago, gas was $1.10/gal. Could easily fill up most cars for a $20.

I'm not sure who HP sourced for their consumer TFTs, but the HP business monitors and laptops I had from 2005/2006 usually had AU Optronics panels.
