Do you own a bar or PC Cafe?! D:
Anyhow... $25 is a tank of gas so I'm filing...
your parents were kids in 1988?Wow $25 for a tank of gas? My parents were kids when that was possible.
I'm not sure when I bought my two Acer monitors that I have now, but I think it does fall in that time range. I'm going to guess you only qualify if you actually had issues though.![]()

seriously?More like the 60/70's.
25 bucks will fill my lawnmower at most. Car is like 70 bucks. I remember when I was a kid hearing my parents say "I'll go put 20 bucks of gas in the car" meaning to just top it up. To fill the whole car for that price is unheard of in the past 30-40 years.
seriously?
I was able to fill my 20 gallon tank in my 1968 Buick back in 1988 for $20 or less. I was paying $0.15 per litre back then.

he lives in Canada.Been eating too many paint chips?? In the mid-late 90's gas was right at or under $1 a gallon. That would be 1-2 tanks of gas for a smaller car or a full tank for a good size SUV.
I still remember bitching about the price of gas hitting $.30 per liter.loool wow. The cheapest I've ever seen was 70-80 cents a litre, then after 9/11 it went to a dollar, at one point it was almost 2 dollars, but it's since stabilized to around 1.45 or so.

Bullshit. When I started driving 10 years ago, gas was $1.10/gal. Could easily fill up most cars for a $20.
Hmm, I bought an HP laptop during that time frame, but I have no idea who made the TFT panel in it.
