Pretty soon the safest way to have sex is going to be with a hooker.

Hooker could cause you problem, too. The safest way is your fingers.
I was under the impression guys use their hands... what are you playing with?
😉

Special technique

When someone puts a gun to your head that it with the intent to kill. That's murder. Not rape

When someone kicks the crap out of you that assault and battery and possibly attempted murder.

When someone has their way with you after putting a gun to your head and kicking the crap out of you that One count of rape and one count of assult and one count attempted murder.

That goes a little bit beyond just not consenting to sex, my dear.

The horny little geek wouldn't in a million years be tried that same as that guy. So your point is invalid.
Come back when you actually know something about the law.

<her> AH! Oh! Don't! Stop! Dont Stop! Don't Stop! </her>
<him> Okay, I won't, oh, uh, okay </him>

Next day:
<her> I Said Stop and Don't! But he wouldn't! Its rape </her>

Edit: Story based on an episode of Popeye.

after reading these entire 3 pages I have now come to the conclusion you all need to get laid more, and stop nit picking at a topic that really is very .... sercimstanctial.

I fail to see what 3 pages of bickering and over analyzing has proven?

thank you, have a nice day. 😛

You enjoyed it too didn't you. I skipped it all so I'm not sure what all the bickering is about, but I think it boils down to one thing:

C*um before she does or she may say no before your'e done.

Snotty ah heck aren't you. pffft!

Does that mean I'm wrong and you are right. Of course, you are male I am not. Nuff said.

You blew the situation out of proportion. Rape is when a female says its rape. Whether she is lying or not. That is the way society is. Accept it or complain, still wont get you anywhere.

The scenario you gave did not just consist of just rape. It was breaking many laws. That is not the point of this thread, the point of this thread is rape and the fact that a female can change her mind when ever she wants to. It had nothing to do with being jumped, beaten, having your life threatened and then raped.

So maybe you should come back when we have a thread about abuse and women, and then tell us your stories.

Is it still rape if she says no and then comes? Or just happens to say "no" while coming? (Maybe she doesn't like to say "yes") What about the old "please........don't........stop........." Then what do you do? What if she says "oh!" and it sounds like "no!" or vice versa?? It's all so confusing.

Imagine this.

You are with a girl, you guys decide to have sex. She is still a virgin.

Youre in the process of starting the act of sex, she decided it hurts, maybe she doesn't want to do this, but she's also worried about what you will think, she frets, she decided okay that's enough she doesn't want to do this anymore, she tells you to stop, but you just broke her and continue while at the same time trying to convince her its okay, she's telling you to stop but you are in your own zone, being the horny little geek you are, never having sex before, you carry on.

That's rape. She consented because she didn't know what to expect, but when she realized she didn't want this and said no and you weren't listening. That's rape.

i dont care what the womain is saying, unless she grabs homeboy's dick and pulls it out its all blah blah blah. now if the guy is physically preventing her from forcing a stoppage then thats a different story.

Like I said earlier, I'm glad I'm not single. I'm also glad that I found a good woman, and not some female supremacist like yourself.

"Whether she is lying or not" ... :disgust: Go to hell...

I don't see a problem with this. Just because she says "yes" doesn't mean she really wants to. I think it's very brave of a girl to say "no" once the sex starts instead of just passively letting it happen and feeling bad about themselves later.

In fact I don't think any girl should legally be allowed to say "yes" in the first place. Statutory rape regardless of the age of the guy!

The best story about this.

Murdock wuz charged with rape, and it took years for the darn courts to decide that darn Murdock could be found guilty under California law. Get us all killed. some California Supreme Court ruled in January that crazy a man can be convicted if a woman first consents but later asks him to stop. You tricked me, sucka!

Suppose you consent to me to removed your toes one by one with a pair of pliers (probably the consent was not what you wanted to give, but you gave in).

I yank hard and remove one toe. The pain is enormous. Are you saying you do not have the right to stop me from removing the rest of your toes?

Of course it's aimed at guys. Girls have sex, guys want it. When's the last time you've honestly heard of a girl forcing a guy have to sex? Come on now 🙂

All girls have to do is walk into a bar.....

Also girls are in general unable to hold down a man and force make him to have sex. Not to mention the fact that if you were forcing a guy he would be limp and unable to have sex. With a girl...
It's comments like this that make me think that virgins should not be allowed to have discussion on sex. You have clearly never had a woman seduce you against your will. Of course that just can't be rape....
rolleye.gif

Never mind the fact that the biological male response doesn't actually require that you want it...

And all girls have to do is walk into a bar? I know some women who slap you down for saying that... :disgust:

Wow you really pegged me. I'm married with a child..LOL. So much for your theory.

1. Yes basically all girls can get sex when they want it. All they really have to do is walk into a bar. My wife is the one who actually says that as a joke. She also says "Women have sex, men want it". All her friends agree. It's true basically, If you think about it.

2. "Clear never had a woman seduce you against your will". Thats freaking stupid. How can you be seduced if you don't want her? Give some examples. I know I'd never have sex with a woman I didn't want to no matter how hard she was coming on to me.

3. You're wrong about biological male response. In a situation of fear and in harms way, one does not get a erection. You're not going to all the sudden get hard if a woman is forcing you to have sex. To put this in perspective, when a woman is getting raped, do you think her nipples get hard and her vagina gets really wet from the exciting time she?s having? Those things are created from arousal and excitement, not from fear and being hurt.

Also men seduce women the same women seduce men. But if a person does not say no, it's their fault for putting themselves in that situation and not saying no. If the other person is unaware, is it rape? Thats a fine line. Totally different situation than someone saying No during sex, which is what this law is geared towards

EDIT: also not that I never said Male rape wasn't possible, but thanks for using the jump to conclusion mat. I mearly asked when is the last time you've heard of a woman raping a man. I've never heard it in my whole life. I even put a smile at the end. But GJ at twisting words around 🙂

The moral of the story:
If you're so bad at sex that the girl changes her mind while you're having sex with her, you need to go to prison and learn how to do it right. (or learn how your cellmate does it wrong)

I understand. if you continue and other person is unwilling-sure does sound like rape to me.
But she said 'yes' when you started!!!!

if you stop when she says no, it is not rape.

Here's the trick:
Make her say yes!!!
ask her questions like...
Do you want to get rich?
Do you want a new Porcshe?
Do you want me to stop? (don't clarify what to stop)
etc...
"yes...yeeesssSSS...YEEEESS!!!!"

That will NEVER hold up in ANY court in the US.

According to current law, a husband who has sex with his wife who isn't willing is also considered rape.

How old are you? Too old to have been beat to death with sexual harassment crap in high school?

...if she says 'no' before you're spent??? WTF?? Women can change their minds about having sex DURING THE ACT, in which case it becomes non-consensual???

I know MichaelD's with me, but does anyone else think this is just ABSURD??? I can understand the logic behind it if violence is involved only, (in which case, they'll have other evidence to file assault charges) but otherwise this law is absurd!!!

Linky

No it's not absurd, youre just one sick messed up little kid. Rape is Rape. It doesnt matter what the conditions were before the fact. If she says no, she means NO.

sorry, Murder is Murder and yet, how many different degrees are there, from the different levels of manslaughter to murder.

and yet there is only ONE rape?? that's ludicrous.

Act A:

A woman is walking home alone, she is stopped by a gang of thugs, they cut up her clothes, cut off body parts, brutalizes her, has sex with her multiple times and then is left dying.

Act B:

Husband and wife are having consentual sex, about 10 secs before he releases she changes her mind, he continues for the additional 10 secs and his now jailed for rape.

Are you SERIOUSLY going to even TRY to imply that Act A and Act B should be called the same thing??

Should it be illegal? i don't know, i can't answer that. Should it have a different TITLE or WORD associated with it? YES.

... addition to my last post...

Maybe if you guys weren't so quick to stuff it in any hole that exists there wouldn't be any problems.

She can say no after the fact and it be rape too, all she needs is a good attorney.

This is why I always bring a sexual consent form with me whenever I have sex with women. I also bring another friend who notorizes her signature as well as videotapes the act and acts like a witness in case she change her mind afterwards
😕

<-- extremely glad that he's not single

Wifes can accuse husbands of rape too dude.
