The best match I've came up with so far is Hong Kong, but it's too hot and too close to China. I'd prefer a place with a nice beach, maybe Cuba if they became capitalists.

Worldly atoters what alternatives are there to America?

Antarctica?

So your looking for

- Insane Crime
- Insane Corruption

Such a country with all your wants doesn't exist.

Oh...at least for low taxes...New Zealand and Australia pay signicantly less than the USA according to http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/tax_t..._sin_wor-total-tax-wedge-single-worker

Sounds like you're trying to "hide" from government, be left alone in a nice place where nobody is going to interfer. Where people are nice and the climate is good.

Southern Italy.

While the taxes there are not "offically low" maybe. Nobody there pays them anyway. Tax Evasion is THE "national sport" in Italy.

Part of Spain- the Costa Verde on the northern coast, or parts of Portugal (not the Algarve) would be other good choices.

Let's start moving to the moon. It's the next frontier. Then we can become seperatists, and start a Space Civil war, and break away from the Earth, calling ourselves the Anandian Lunar Colonies. And every few decades or so we can fight the earth on our Gundams for space supremacy. And then genetically alter our children, and build better Gundams. And yea. Rinse wash repeat.

I hear that Cuba may have an opening for a new dictator, perhaps you should look into that?

-Strong rights (basically the constitution minus the supreme courts interpretation) independant and self contained judicial system
-Very business friendly awesome economy, and total absence of direct taxation
-Language isn't important French, Italian, English

Most developed countries are socialist and of them, I think the US is probably the most un socialist.
