It was a random tweet I saw earlier when I first saw the video while taking a crap. I don't know how accurate it was or anything but it had more detail than "they were arguing and a fight broke out" like the link provide.

The story was that the dude stopped and yelled some racist shit to the crowd, and the girl kicked his car, and then he got out to confront her and all hell broke loose.

No clue if it's true or not just what I read.

Whether or not she did kick the truck in response to racist vile remarks, he is still the asshole. I mean it's a teenage girl and if you wanted to you could go see if there was any damage and that's it. But he went after them.

The whole vague "enforcing the law" talking point is also pretty common too, intentionally vague to ignore the fact the ICE and DHS are violating the constitution and other laws while doing it. If that's pointed out then they fall back on blaming Biden and saying it wouldn't have to be this way if we didn't have open borders.

No, not at all.

The only thing ICE is allowed to legally do is enforce immigration law.

They are not allowed to enforce any other laws.
They legally cannot arrest you for violating non immigration laws. If one saw you doing graffiti or dealing drugs, they do not have the power to arrest you. Furthermore, they cannot be used for things like crowd control.

That is why this whole situation is messed up. We have Federal immigration police enforcing laws they are not allowed to enforce. And in most cases they are not even enforcing immigration law correctly. They must have a signed warrant to arrest an undocumented immigrant, but instead they are just arresting anyone they please without a warrant. It's a massive overstep of power by the Trump administration.

Yeah I can hardly imagine a more relevant reason to escalate a conflict than seeing an adult male punching a female child. That may be sexist or something, but seeing it throws me straight into fight mode. I'd stand on jury nullification against anyone that ended that fight until they walked or it was called by the judge.
