Just going to post a reminder that Ashli Babbitt’s family received a $5 million wrongful death settlement after Judicial Watch greased the wheels with Trump’s DOJ, and they settled quickly because they knew the likely outcome after the case was assigned to a Biden-appointed judge.

Babbitt was committing an act of actual domestic terrorism. Trump called her shooting “a disgrace” and called the officer who shot her “a thug” (he’s black).

Hypocrites. All of them.

This is my favorite part. @Greenman ignores people who try to engage with him reasonably and factually, which is what he claims to want!

The only posts he responds to are people insulting him and the purpose of his response is to complain about the insults.
He has a shame kink. Only thing that makes him harder than nazis shooting civilians is people calling him out for it.

I know what you mean. I often find myself parked sideways in the middle of a busy road and coincidentally manage to block ice agents while doing so.

Ridiculous way to put it. I don't support, let alone applaud what happened but the shots were one after the other, no time to stop and gauge what effect the first one had.

I recognize why they did it and it was an inexcusable reaction considering their proximity and the delay of any possible effect on a moving vehicle that close. Due to that, if they absolutely had to fire a weapon to make a point for her to not behave that recklessly, then it should've been a warning shot, not a death sentence.

UNSUBSCRIBED because clearly this is another topic gone off the rails with false nonsense beyond the consensus that it never should've happened.
So you feel any direct, incidental, or accidental impediment of “law” enforcement is punishable by summary execution

AND

LEOs should illegally brandish and discharge their firearms.

So much for the “law and order” right.

My long held opinion is that everybody who attacked the capitol on 1/6 should have been shot.

Shutting out the MN authorities from the investigation is damning.

With all the outright/complete misrepresentation of the shooting from the administration it's safe to say that nothing in the way of justice will come from this.

I’ve always said about 2A if the government really wants to get you ain’t nothing you can own going to stop them. 2A to stop tyrannical government has always been a tough guy talking point

What most of us know if we start shooting at federal LE martial law is declared and the military is turned on US citizens. Courts would actually sustain under those circumstances.

Trump is looking for a way to enact it that will be sustained by courts.
If fascists really want to get you ain't no amount of obeying in advance going to stop them.

The point of being armed is to prevent ICE and other fascist groups from walking around with impunity. This also applies to National Guard, Reserves, and regular US Military. There are thousands of civilians to each fascist goon that can be deployed. The point of being armed is that they're less likely to start murdering civilians when they know there are a thousand guns held by the people they're trying to intimidate. In fact, and maybe I'm taking a huge leap here, it's the whole entire point of the Second Amendment.

This isn't about preventing an armored unit from destroying a city. It isn't about shooting some ICE agent. It's about deterrence.

Centrists and liberals who are looking around at the state of the country today and choosing to remain unarmed are own-goaling themselves, their families, and their communities. That is an objectively true statement. When the fascists kick down the ballot box and disconnect your phone from the cell towers, your First Amendment "right" has been revoked. At that point only mass protest can do anything, and that is considered violence to fascists. They will use violence to stop what they consider violence.

That's Second Amendment territory.

How much longer are centrists and liberals willing to wait for fascists to stop being fascist due to their great love of country and respect for their political opponents to take what is happening seriously.

This is all happening right now. You have the ability to legally purchase and learn how to use a firearm. Disregard that right I guess.

You're a seriously sick motherfucker, and surprisingly stupid.
This is partially my fault as I know that many of you view the world through a lens of hate. But every so often I decide to post a thought and inevitably all the little beta males have to flex their little e muscles and pretend to be tough guys. As always I shake my head and wonder why I bother ever posting anything as the result is absolutely predictable.

One more idiot to add to the ignore list.
This is exactly what you voted for motherfucker

USA turning into full Russia just in the World Cup, which is likely seeing the US team with high levels of doping and stealing the way into the final rounds. Neat.

I don't think the military rank and file would support these kind of cowardly murders ICE is doing and if ordered to fire on people they'd hopefully kill their commanders instead like Petrograd 1917.

Star-Tribune identifies murderer being shielded by the government.

Funny part is that Noem essentially doxxed him lol.

I find it disgusting that the Trump administration are trying to create sympathy for the shooter. He seems to be dragged alongside a car in another situation 6 months ago. And that is why the shooter is triggerhappy.

Small excerpt from news site text :
"
Vice President J.D. Vance took questions at the White House on Thursday afternoon, announcing a new Associate Attorney General to oversee fraud -- with a mission that will begin in Minnesota.
He also defended the agent’s actions.
“That very ICE officer nearly had his life ended...six months ago,” Vance said, referring to a car dragging incident with the agent.

“You think maybe he’s a little bit sensitive about somebody ramming him?”

1) He wasn't rammed.
2) You would think he would have learned not to stand directly in front of an operating vehicle, a basic part of training.

I'll reserve judgment about the severity of the previous incident until facts come out. I am not inclined to take Vance's word on what color the sky is, let alone this, since he is a well known liar.

Anyway that doesn't give you the right to just start capping drivers.

Exactly. ICE/DHS has lied multiple times over. I need to see video evidence of him being injured dragged to believe it.

No, he was not rammed as can be seen in the videos.
Think about it, how could he have had 3 clear shots if he was rammed by the automobile. Very unlikely.
And the video recording show it clearly that he steps aside and aims for the driver from the side :
