i usually go out and skateboard for 15 minutes to an hour every other night (sometmies more) and believe me my hard is pumping hard core after that.

all i meant was that my heart is pumping a ton after skateboarding, i didnt mean anything sexual? 😕

im going to totally bring a sandwich and a salad tomorrow 😀

My advice: Most people looking to "eat healthy" are offering suggestions low in calories/to loose weight. That of course is a bad idea for you.

How about eat stuff moderately healthy (ie don't eat a Deathburger for lunch every day), and just get some exercise. Jogging/Riding a bike/Playing a sport will help your heart and your health 10x more than choosing a better lunch.
 
when a dude is 6"+ and 160lb..thats thin. i'm 5"11 and 160lb..and i'm semi thin..not rail thin..but still thin😛
