all i meant was that my heart is pumping a ton after skateboarding, i didnt mean anything sexual? :confused:

im going to totally bring a sandwich and a salad tomorrow :D

eat different foods and eat them at different times, until you can't take it anymore.

My advice: Most people looking to "eat healthy" are offering suggestions low in calories/to loose weight. That of course is a bad idea for you.

How about eat stuff moderately healthy (ie don't eat a Deathburger for lunch every day), and just get some exercise. Jogging/Riding a bike/Playing a sport will help your heart and your health 10x more than choosing a better lunch.
