OP, Although the skits from the Chapelle Show were very funny and playing a white guy for halloween is all in good fun, it does portray the disparity in racial acceptance nowadays. There is a growing imbalance in the way people view race.
Seriously OP, you don't see any white guys trying to dress up as black guys for Halloween for a cheap gag. If they did, they would be labeled a racist, bigot, or even beat up. Yet somehow the opposite would be acceptable? I understand it is for fun, but you can see the social construct of today's society just from this.
