I upgraded my camera

What's the story behind upgrade? The 1Ds is a very capable full-frame DSLR, I'm just wondering why you bought a 7 year old professional DSLR instead of a brand new consumer model?

Weather sealing, 🙂

bought it for $1400 off another guy.

Also... I was just using my brothers 30D in the mean time so I guess this is my first DSLR.

Yeah I meant Ds. Does it really only go up to ISO 1250 though? If so I'm thinking that's one of the main benefits of a FF sensor (low high ISO noise) gone, since you can't even really select the high ISOs.

I checked the specs on the 1D Mk. I; strange that it goes up to ISO 3200 while the Ds seemingly only goes up to 1250.
