Yeah I meant Ds. Does it really only go up to ISO 1250 though? If so I'm thinking that's one of the main benefits of a FF sensor (low high ISO noise) gone, since you can't even really select the high ISOs.

I checked the specs on the 1D Mk. I; strange that it goes up to ISO 3200 while the Ds seemingly only goes up to 1250.

They're both worthless above ISO800 or so.

yeah i noticed the noise gets to be much at such iso, but the images come out so beautiful at anything below, plus photoshop does wonders.

Yeah but photoshop can only do so much before you have zero detail left in the photo.

It's not needed at all. I'm sure it might be appreciated, but really, get off the pedestal.
The first few/several days are huge adjustment to some folks.
