Call me crazy, but I'm going to say that her urine does have pee in it.

oh f'ing hell. i fixed it. this is why you don't post/watch basketball/upload videos/IM at the same time.

Blood in pee != pregnant. They aren't even the same hole. She has some sort of infection or you accidentally slipped it in the wrong hole and tore some tissue.

That was one of the funniest typos of all time (for me anyway). Thanks :)

Wow.. the situations people get themselves into... And they ask for it too.. That only makes it worse.. This is where sex-ed gets us I suppose.. 4 little cells drilling themselves into the uterus wall causing bleeding.. Wow, I've heard understandable misconceptions, like 13 year old girls saying their hymen is inside their vagina... But that man... just wow..

On the bright side, you know how to put on a condom and you know (though too late) when it breaks... Of course if you'd have kept it out of her in the first place, this wouldn't really be a problem.. But why ruin the fun?

probably worrying too much about this (yes, I've been there....)

Like others have said, just wait until the cycle and see what happens. If she has normal, clockwork cycles, then you hsoudl get a test. If her cycles are somewhat erratic, it oculd be hard to say what's going on either way.

frequent urinating, a bit of blood here and there (or even copious amoutns of blood) could be a number of things, from diet to false pregnancy. If there is heavier bleeding than normal (and for more days), she should probably get it checked out. Chances are it's not as bad as it seems, but you wouldn't want her to bleed to death, I'm sure.

I believe at some point, the OP mentioned that he and his girlfriend discussed what would happen should this situation arise, and abortion is what they eventually decided on.

Because every couple who agrees on aborting before they conceive winds up aborting when push comes to shove, right? ;)

Saying and doing are two very, very different things. Especially when it comes to a child and abortion.

Not to mention she's a college freshmen. More than likely she's already an emotional trainwreck. Throw a baby into the equation and sane, rational thinking goes right out the window.

If she's pregnant, that is what happens.

But honestly, if she's on the pill then you should be fine. Unless she's on antibiotics or any other medication which could affect the potency of the BC. You should have her taken Plan B regardless if you guys were worried. Its over the counter now and there is no excuse for not taking it.

Once again though, chances are in your favor of her not being pregnant. Don't sweat it too much. Get a home pregnancy test in a couple of weeks and see what happens.

Also, frequent urinating doesn't come till later when the baby is pushing on the bladder.

I'd be surprised if she was. I relied on only the pill for months until I realized how stupid that was. It finally clicked in my head that putting tab A into slot B creates expensive baby.

Well then use slot C.

slot C can be interesting.

Amen to that! I had a GF in college that didn't have her period for 2 months and I was sh#@ing bricks. Turns out it was mostly stress with classes and some stuff going on at home.

For those of you with kids, please help me out.

11 days ago the condom broke, and I didn't notice until it was too late. She is on the pill, so I didn't think it was anything to worry about. (she did miss her pill 3 days ago by accident, but took two the next day like you're supposed to)

Flash to last night, she say she had to go to the bathroom really often (like twice in 10 minutes was the worst), and occasionally there is a little bit of blood. She was ok all of today except for like an hour ago when it happened again. We're afraid this could be the egg burrowing into the lining of her uterus.

Do you guys think she is indeed pregnant? I've pretty much come to accept the fact that she is, but I'm paranoid about everything and the only real reasoning I have is what I've just stated. I'd think the condom breaking is good enough reason to think she is, though.

She is calling Planned Parenthood tomorrow to schedule an appointment to find out what's going on. We agreed before we started having sex that in case this did ever happen, we would get an abortion. We are both finishing up our first year of college, so this really couldn't have happened at a worse time. I know the worst case scenario is that she gets an abortion behind the back of her/my parents over the summer, but that is a pretty damn bad scenario if you ask me. If her parents find out I doubt they will pay for her tuition anymore (they hate the fact that she's dating as it is), so our lives will be pretty much ****** then.

But, hopefully, I'm fretting over nothing. What do you think?
Sounds like a UTI

I think it's good that you and your gf have talked things over, and discussed what would be best for both of you. It's also mature to realize that things can go south quick with parents, college, new baby, etc all at once. But it's also mature to own up to your responsibilities, if it comes to that. Nothing wrong at all with taking care of a child that you helped bring about!

Good luck, but I (also) agree that it's probably a UTI, and that she has pee in her urine.
