I think I have the worst coworker in the world.

Sounds like it to me.

What happened at his last place of employment?

Another thought: Let's say that all the girls retracted their stories and just said "oh he's annoying", then they would have no grounds for barring him from accepting overtime shifts at the other programs in my area. You can't punish someone for being annoying to other people.

If it is right to work state and you are an at-will employee, your employer can pretty much bar you from overtime shifts or put other restrictions on you for no reason at all. As long as they aren't discriminating against you for being a member of a protected class or other exceptions, the employer can do this.

Your friend is right, companies do NOT fuck around with sexual harassment. Generally if there is even one witness then the harasser will be fired. Period. I'm not sure what's going on in your office though...

Does he ever make gay jokes? Like the usual homoerotic, bro-style-pretend-to-be-gay juvenile humor, or insult you as being gay? If so, you can say it makes you uncomfortable. Report it and keep a log of it. If they don't fire him, sue your company.

Dudes can sexually harass dudes & it's just as serious, legally, as man on woman harassment.

Welcome to corporate america!

I read most of it and it doesn't sound like a very professional working environment to begin with... if you work at Walmart (not saying the OP does), then I'd expect things like this... well maybe ugly DJ dude should go work at Walmart. Hell, who has all that time to chat about personal stuff at work like that? How do you gather all the females around and tell stories?

Wait, what's his number, I need some tips.

It's really not. It's a residential house where we have around 10 mentally-ill clients that live there. It's like one step before you move back into the community. It works well if we get clients that fit the description of what we can offer, and we have decent staff. It's just awful now. I hate going in there every day and I think we're actually hurting the people we're supposed to help. I'm looking for a new job; I may just work in the IT department at BC this school year. As soon as I find a new job I'm sending a massive log of the sketchy stuff I've seen there to DMH, the CEO of the company (who actually is a great guy, but he can't be everywhere at once), and the trustees

A group home.

My wife is a boss at a company like this....I think she manages @ 14 homes.

I now have a better understanding about your situation.

My spouse also mentioned that an UIR (unusual incident report) should be filed and if the complainers don't have enough balls to indicate the severity the the incident(s) nothing will be done.

Wild compulsive liar, awesome. I knew someone that was a bit like that but to quite a lesser extent. He's actually doing OK for himself today, but we tired of his BS back in the day.

8/18/10: PROBABLY FINAL UPDATE
Um....so the guy in question knows word for word what some of the individual girls said about him. He also knows their identities....I don't mean like "I heard sally sassalot said this and that"...it was: "Chrissy Cracker said [specific word for word what she said to HR]. How the fuck does that happen?? I would hope HR was telling him what some people were saying generally....but I doubt they gave him specific names and exact statements from coworkers. It's supposed to be somewhat confidential. Which means one of our managers must have told him specifically who said what specific things about him.

yeah, I'm wondering who's the idiot who leaked confidential statements given to HR? unless the guy has a near-eidetic memory, something's fishy if he can practically recite word-for-word people's statements.

Man, I'd be prepping my resume and looking for a new job after that. Management and HR treats its employees like that Lord knows how long until it comes around to you.

exactly Born....I'm hopefully on the verge of getting another position.

And Moderate...exactly. He restated it word for fuckin word
