What's the exact penal code you were arrested under? How could it be THEFT... if the property was LOST.

BailBondsmen don't take cash... they take collateral.. You know.. your car... your house... whatever... and if you skip... they take your shit... if you don't.. you pay the day of your hearing.

I still find your whole story full of shit...

You get out on 9/18... and the only thing you did here was bump your Blu Ray thread? If this happened to me.. i'd post the story on every internet website, every newspaper, every radio station i knew of. I would not wait a week to "think about it"

Prove it to us by posting a picture of your arrest paperwork.

Depends on where your at I guess. Here they only take cash and won't do a damn thing with collateral.

Pick one of the three:

1-you are a very stupid individual for not stopping by customer service to turn in the phone on your way out the door...which is located at the front of the store so you would have walked tight by or been in very close proximity.

2-You are a stupid individual because you were actually going to keep the found phone and now your crying because you got caught.

3-you are a stupid individual because you are trying to make up some bullshit story to grab attention like a 5 year old.

Any way you slice it, you are a stupid individual.

Sounds like you're a known scumbag. Guess what? Nobody believes liars and thieves, so you're just reaping what you've sown.

And you didn't "spend a week in jail for finding a lost cellphone," you spent 8 days in custody because you couldn't provide sufficient assurance that you'd show up at your trial.

Scum bag? Really? I'm one of the nicest caring people you'll ever meet...what Ive done doesnt constitute to what I am now...if anything your kinda scumbag-ish for making such harsh and uneducated accusations yourself.

Newton county is NOTORIOUS for arresting everyone they can...you fart in the wrong direction you're going to jail...it really is quite ridiculous...as far as 8 days in jail (which I was IN JAIL...not holding or anything...had the jump suit, jail cell, cellmate, whole nine yards)...the only reason I spent 8 days in jail was because I had to wait for the woman to get paid to bail me out...had nothing to do with the crime or anything...if I had bail money I could have gotten out essentially that same day.

You people really need to learn some stuff and stop going on what YOUR state/city laws are...you know, they DO differ from region to region...

Her work check...lots of places do this now...look it up.

You don't have to tell me to look it up, I'm from New Zealand where direct deposits have been the norm for 15 years and no one under 50 has a check book. My point is you're an obvious deadbeat if you're staying up 'until after midnight to buy snacks at Walmart because that's when your money clears.

I'm gonna go ahead and guess we can easily find a picture of you on http://peopleofwalmart.com

I would have gone to customer service thinking that maybe the person the phone belonged to was still in the store.

The law is interpreted by what a reasonable person would do . Sometimes that doesn't work out well for people that over think a situation.

One thing you might consider doing is sending a letter, do not harass or call the person who is accusing you of the theft , and explaining your intent and asking them to drop the charges.

I would like to say being at Walmart after midnight isn't that odd for a lot of people. I for one shop there between midnight and 2am all the time. Its relatively empty and I don't have to deal with all the mutants. I can go in put my headphones on and shop pretty peacefully.

OP's reason for shopping after midnight was because he didn't have enough money for snacks before midnight.

And what the fuck is wrong with that? I believe what you are doing is attacking me and I believe that is against the rules on these forums and are grounds for a ban/infraction.

Please stop or I will report you, you're being COMPLETELY ridiculous and hateful...you know, not EVERYONE here is rich and has money all the time.

I wonder if that applies to sale of stolen property?

Proof or GTFO.

I would think the responsibility for proving that you legally and legitimately own the property you are trying to sell... is yours.

You have made multiple posts indicating you willingly stole items from retail outlets.. and now are trying to unload a LARGE collection of blu-ray DVDs.

The fact you don't have money to buy snacks until your siginifcant other's payday.. and couldn't afford a $150 bail... seems to preclude the fact you could not afford to ever purchase $2000 worth of Blu Ray DVDs.

Financial situations change when one loses their job. Its a fact of life. All movies were either given to me, traded for other stuff or bought.

Both you and Mike Gayner have been reported to the moderators.

just remember... you can't report the lady who accused you of stealing her cell phone to the judge for being mean.

and none of my posts have been hateful.. vulgar.. or threatening.

They have been questioning the facts presented.

If you don't like the inquiry... maybe you shouldn't have posted your public life.

I like that he's now edited out that post in FS/FT.
