same here, hair cut is $13, I pay $20, so about 54%.

I always tip 5 bucks+. Funny, I can call in anytime and say "when can you fit me in today, is now ok?" Not suprisingly the answer is "come on in". I've seen her make others wait while I get my cut that were there before me and had an appointment many times.

Tip well, and you'll live well.

Oh, and my hair place serves beer. Everybody else has to pay, not me.

I was mildly intrigued by the sportclips places a while back, but this sounds better. Also, sportsclips bugs the fuck out of you for phone number, mailing address, email, etc etc. I just want a fucking haircut.

anyway... is there a way to keep the cut hair from getting in the beer, or do you just finish it right after they call your name? :hmm:

I think she does cut only men's hair - maybe that is the explanation? She's the only woman in a regular old-fashioned barber shop, complete with the pole out front. I don't think this place sports a web site!
