Agreed. My wife would cut the guy's "package" off. That's why I gave her a small kershaw that should do the trick.
As for the OP, wtf are you posting about this and not going up there to take care of business. Same situation with my wife when she was in college. I ended up getting in the guys face and telling him if he messes with her again, he would die (Not that I'd kill him, just wanted to scare him) He avoided her like the plague after that.
