In a very obscure folder within a very obscure folder. Crazy Mouse>Stupid Dog> xmas2005>videos. There are a few videos in each folder. So you wouldn't think anything strange from going from folder to folder.
I was using my MP3 player as a mini hard drive yesterday, transferring files from my laptop to my PC. I accidentally left it in my living room overnight.

When I woke up this morning, I went in my living room to get my MP3 player and noticed that the battery, which was almost full yesterday, was now nearly dead. So, I decided to root around and check the recently browsed files on my MP3 player and found that all of my home made videos had been viewed, in order. All of them.

A few days ago I had viewed a few videos, but it only stores up to 6 recently viewed. None of the videos I had watched were on the recently viewed.
Basically, someone got on it, searched, found and viewed. I know my roommate, he would not do this. Besides, he would not even know how to turn it on, and he wasn't home but for an hour yesterday.
But, his boyfriend would. He was there most of the day. Alone.

Anyways, I know it's my fault. I'm stupid, dumb, shouldn't complain etc etc...
But that fcking pi$$es me off. Something awful.

Should I confront someone? I have no proof.

Cliffs:

1. Made private videos and stored them on my mp3/video player in obscure folders
2. Found all files in recently viewed. I did not recently view
3. Someone searched and found all my videos and watched them.
4. Angry

UPDATE: He admitted to it and apologized. He said he is curious and has trouble observing boundaries sometimes.

Hahahaha!!! Your roommates buddy found himself a spankbank jackpot. I can't believe he watched them all.

You're a porn star now.

I'm leaning towards something like 'you shouldn't have made them in the first place and really shouldn't have put them in a location that they could be found by others and deserve whatever reaction your SO has'.

You cant secure them. There is no app for password protection for this player.

My house, my living room, my mp3 player. Do you go through everyone's stuff when you go to their house?

Win XP has encryption features built in, and that should have worked when using your MP3 player as some sort of USB drive.

Don't make a drama about this. He obviously doesn't want you to know he snooped, so let everyone pretend it didn't happen.

No good can come of getting it out in the open.

I'm going to make a new video. And I am going to name it "hot sex."
The video is going to consist of the words "You have been caught, stop watching my sex videos." scrolling across the screen.

Not for video files. To transfer video files you have to use the Creative software.
And there is no way to enter a password on the player either. I wasnt storing them to store them, I was storing them to watch them myself.

He couldn't. He would need to pull them off with the software and he doesnt have it. Nor did he have a PC to pull them off with.

Oh, good. Just be grateful for that, and let the rest go.

Don't ask I dont want to get banned. But they were bad.
And yes, it's a big deal. It's kind of like someone going through your house, finding videos of you and your SO, popping them in your vcr and getting off to them while you are not home, and you finding out.
