Got the black 2GB one from best buy after work today.
$199
I'm using it with my Shure E2C earbuds, never understood the people who pay $200-300 on a music player to use the cheap $1 earbuds that come with the player. Dumbasses.

I returned the mobiBLU because the volume up button broke. I have to press it really hard in order for it to work.

Only played around with the ipod for less than an hour now.. but here are my impressions..

What I like...
Big color screen, the menu is great
Slides in and out of my pocket well. I found out that the change pocket on my jeans is the perfect little holder for it.
games on a music player??
ability to view pics
Ability to sort by artist, album, etc.. damn mobiblu didn't view the exif info, so I often had to wait for the slow scroll screen for a few seconds before I can see the song name.

Dislikes
Must install itunes in order for it to work
can't find out where to put my pics on it :x
the equalizer sucks, you can't adjust each individual frequency band, only presets
I don't like how the headphone port is on the bottom..
the click wheel is hard to use if your hands are sweaty
UPDATE I just took it out to the gym, and there are already a few scratches on it!! I'm not spending $30 on an ugly cover... that's absurd. Going back to best buy tommorrow.

UPDATE x2: Yes I returned it already, and I yes I got a full refund. The rep didn't even see the scratches, considering they are hairline scratches that happened when I used my jeans to clean it, and the fact that I still had the plastic wrapping for it.
And no, despite what all the name callers think, I don't care about the scratches. I care about the fact that it scratches so easily, yes more easily than other players.
It's like if you got a $60k luxury car, and the leather seats started to crack after a month. That's like the kind of leather you get with a $40 office max chair. I don't know about you, but I would return it if given the chance, and I think most other people would do the same too.
Yes, if the ipod screen got very scratched up(and it would from a month of normal use), it would detract from one of it's main features, to view pictures. I paid a lot more extra for this picture function. It'd be kinda useless when my pictures are covered with scratches.

These are just my views on this. This is why I returned it. You may disagree, I don't really care as this is my money, and my MP3 player. But most of you who do disagree, are misunderstanding why I am returning it.

I took back my new Zen Micro today (it was the 2nd one I've had that stopped working) and went to Best But, hoping to pick up a Nano but they were sold out of all of them :( I ended up buying a regular 20GB iPod (though they are in color now, which is cool) instead.

edit: I don't like that the headphone port is on the bottom of the Nano either. That was the one thing that was keeping me from just ordering one from Apple. I mean, I guess I understand not being able to fit it at the top with the LCD and keeping it as thin as it is but still, its kind of a weird place to put it.

I can't wait for mine to arrive, I just ordered it today. I like the idea of the headphones that are a lanyard. I don't really know what I'll do with it at the gym though. I don't want to get one of those retarded arm strap things.

I'm a dick?
Wouldn't apple be a dick for charging $30 for a fvcking peice of plastic to cover it?
wouldn't apple be a dick for making it so prone to scratch?

How is a gym supposed to get it scratched? WTF. I had it in my basketball short's pocket the whole time, with NOTHING else in the pocket to scratch it.

I can't believe you guys would feel that I'm ripping apple or best buy off. God some people here are so right winged sometimes. Ever heard of consumer rights? So you think businesses could screw off consumers anyway they want?

Scratches happen man, maybe you shouldn't own an iPod at all. It's not that Apple screwed you over for making a scratch prone case, but that you're simply ignorant. If you do any research or read any iPod reviews at all, you know that it is easily scratched. You really shouldn't get another iPod after you return this one, it'll just get scratched again.

My iPod has so many scratches on it (~3 years old) but i think it gives it character?

It can't look new forever. I babied mine at first too but then I realized it's just a music player.

Edit: I'm definitely not "right wing"

Uh ok so you think businesses can make their product as FVCKING FRAGILE as they want?
The point of the matter is, IT SHOULD NOT GET SCRATCHED from normal use like that so easily. The fact that it does shows that it's a crappy product.
I'm not keeping a crappy product. That's what customer satisfaction is all about. If I don't like it.. I don't need to keep it - no risk trial.

I've been hearing a lot of people complain about their LCD screens being easily cracked.
Yeah i'm sure 0roo0roo wouldn't think i'm a dick if he actually bought one and his lcd cracked just by stuffing it in his pocket.

Uh..scratches, IMO, do not make a product fragile. If it still operates normally, then it is ok.
