Hopefully BB charges a standard 15% restocking fee. They'd be moronic (like the OP) not to.

Yea, you're a dick. And quit thinking you're so high and mighty with e2c's as well. Other people could say the same thing about your headphones because they have ultimate ears or e5c's or ety's.

E5Cs aren't even practical with these players as they have over 100ohms of impedance. You'd have to carry around a fricken headphone amp for those. No thanks..
Your logic doesn't even work.. dumbass..

I'm using it with my Shure E2C earbuds, never understood the people who pay $200-300 on a music player to use the cheap $1 earbuds that come with the player. Dumbasses.

I returned the mobiBLU because the volume up button broke. I have to press it really hard in order for it to work.

Only played around with the ipod for less than an hour now.. but here are my impressions..

What I like...
Big color screen, the menu is great
Slides in and out of my pocket well. I found out that the change pocket on my jeans is the perfect little holder for it.
games on a music player??
ability to view pics
Ability to sort by artist, album, etc.. damn mobiblu didn't view the exif info, so I often had to wait for the slow scroll screen for a few seconds before I can see the song name.

Dislikes
Must install itunes in order for it to work
can't find out where to put my pics on it :x
the equalizer sucks, you can't adjust each individual frequency band, only presets
I don't like how the headphone port is on the bottom..
the click wheel is hard to use if your hands are sweaty
UPDATE I just took it out to the gym, and there are already a few scratches on it!! I'm not spending $30 on an ugly cover... that's absurd. Going back to best buy tommorrow.

I'll update it later when I get more time to play with it..
awwwwww, you should protect it. buy a rubber for it.

Can't you return something if you are dissatisfied with it?

why don't you buy a new car, crash it into a light pole, and return it? i'd be dissatisfied with it too if it's fvcked up.

There are plenty of better low impedance cans suitable for use on a portable.

E2C's, while far better than mass market garbage, are nothing special.

Actually, I take that back... They would make great disposable cans, something you don't mind breaking/losing but that still sounds decent.

You guys just don't get it. It's more like if you bought a car.. and when you drove it normally, and the fender falls off the first day. The fender wasn't built well, and it fell off from normal use.
So you still broke it from using it.. But it's certainly not your fvcking fault that it's built so god damn cheaply. If apple just spent FIVE FVCKING more dollars to use real glass on the convering, instead of that CHEAP ASS SOFT PLASTIC, IT WOULD NOT GET SCRATCHED. I'm the one getting screwed here.. not APPLE, because they decided to cut corners on their overpriced junk.
If you do a google search for ipod nano scratch easily, you'll find HUNDREDS OF THE SAME COMPLAINTS!

Glass is heavy & brittle, not something you want in a portable MP3 player.

The plastic is fine, & you can fix the scratches pretty easily (Ice Creme).

You mean kind of like if car companies stopped using "cheap ass material" so when you crash into a light pole there wouldn't be a dent? Clearly your stupid ass bumped the player into something and it got scratched, it's as simple as that. The player itself did not fail, there were no hardware issues, merely cosmetic. That being said, why dont you just plut a film cover over the top of it, like a PDA LCD screen thing and just cut around the wheel area with a razor.

You should have gotten one of those cool slick covers for the nano... there are some sweet ones that I'd get to protect that sob.

I never said my earbuds are the best. I just said that people ought to fork up the cash for something decent sounding if they were going to spend $200-300 on a music player instead of using the $1 ones that are supplied. It's called not putting all your eggs in one basket.

Try the ipod nano. Many people are saying that they should have used the materials the ipod mini used because it's much better.
