Double Cheeseburger

440 Calories
25g Protein
23g Fat (35%)
34g Carbs (11%)
1120mg Sodium (47%)

THAT'S where the deliciousness comes from.

If you know about the sodium you can not blow your sodium out of the water just don't go home and follow it up with potato chips or something obviously :p

Some would tell you that's a worse addiction than some HEAVY street drugs.

And I'm not even joking.

Also, make sure you eat some food, cause that's just a THING you put in your mouth....remember, you will get very little (if ANY nutritional value) from this THING (notice I don't call it food).

Food provides nutrition that your body NEEDS to survive.

McDonalds actually hurts your body in ways you couldn't even imagine.

Good luck with your addiction, get help soon.

If you were forced to eat mcdonalds, just once. Would you have a panic attack? Its not like its the only thing I eat.

Some people get off claiming McDonalds isn't food.

I don't know why.

I like to get a mcdouble to tide me over when I'm out and about. I tried getting two for a more substantial meal, once, and had the shits soon after. Too much of that beef can overwhelm my system, apparently.

Honestly if I want a salad we got super deluxe salads and shit here at work...cobbs, steak, wedges, you name it they make it.

what they don't have here at work is shitty $1.39 double cheeseburgers.

Those super salads aren't good for you, though. A $1.39 cheeseburger and a small salad with Italian dressing actually is.

The only food I get there is their breakfast and that might be 1-2 times a year. The sausage egg biscuits are bomb.

There is something about the sausage egg mcmuffin that cannot be replicated at home. it's the shitty combination of ingredients that synergizes together.

we recreated them at home, using better ingredients, and it's just not the same.

Same here, I do it fairly often and it's just not the same.

You are supposed to tell your SO that there is plenty of protein.

My McD is being delivered by the GF today for lunch.

I will liveblog today's gloriousness. I will make half a McGangbang for the lulz.

BTW, do they still have 2 cheeseburger combos where you guys live?

At my local MCD, they have a paper sign over the #2 combo saying it's "currently not available". At anther local McD, the "tile" is straight up removed. The #'s go from 1, straight to 3, 4, 5, etc.

That's one of my all time favorite foods. I'm a fan of McDonalds in general. Noting they make can be considered proper food, but they have a unique taste I like. It's my favorite fast food, and I can eat it more often than other fast food choices.

The thing is McDonald's is not very good tasting but, like cigarettes, once your body starts to crave it you associate the tastes with something good. And that is the problem. McDonald's (and other fast food chains) have done the research and have learned how to make something that is addictive. It plays on the very instincts that our body relies on to survive to create an addiction.

I'd say the same about the Angus Bacon and Cheese. McDonalds is what it is. The food is consistent, tastes good, and is inexpensive. I get a kick out of all the health nuts acting like it's freaking poison or something. If you make a habit of eating fast-food of any kind on a daily basis, then yeah you're going to get more fat and salt than you should have. But as an occasional thing it's fine.

It isn't education when you are spreading misinformation. :)

So yes, "getting off".

Depends on the perspective. As far as I'm concerned you could be eating shit every day, so yes you can perceive McD as food.

keep in mind that before this week, the last time I consumed a McDonalds cheeseburger was when the McRib wasn't a special item.

So you took those first few bites, tasted that gross fat unique to McDonald's trash, and you continued eating it. Why? Why did you not stop then?

The awful smell of the fat and oil is bad, the first few bites makes it worse. I am unable to get past those first few bites.
