based on your cliffs, it sounds like your wife is the problem not Walmart
or possibly yourself, because if you were providing a proper life for your wife and kids she wouldn't have to resort to BF deals
in short... you brought this on yourself
(As rudeguy pointed out, this sounds bad. I'm only kidding and sorry if you thought I was serious. I'd edit it out but he quoted me)
It's fine I guess...
I really just came here to vent a little, I'm sure taking some lumps for it though. I've been around here long enough though that I've acquired a pretty good flame suit over the years so no matter, but So far I've been called a troll, told my wife wears the pants, told she's got my nuts in a jar, accused of being financially irresponsible and a poor provider, when none of that could be further from the truth.
We're trying to keep costs down this season because at the beginning of next year we're going into business for ourselves so we've been water-sheading debt as of late to make sure we're going to be in a good position to successfully pull off this start-up (a rural healthcare clinic if you're wondering).
At the same time I know she's just trying to be a team player and be smart with our money while making sure Christmas isn't a bust for the kids...and I know that means a lot to her so I'm willing to go along with it. Not cause I'm "pussy-whipped", just out of respect for someone I love man... I just don't like to shop and especially not on Black Friday so I'm in here bitching about it like a little man-child so she won't have to hear it later. Sorry for unloading on you guys, but that's what we're all here for right?
And as far as Walmart goes - I just think it's out of bounds for them to even hang that carrot out there 6pm on Thanksgiving evening. It's disrespectful.. I feel even worse for the people that have to go in to work it.. They're the ones really getting screwed. Maybe I'm old fashioned that way and you folks don't agree.. that's ok, it's allowed. But for me the whole notion of it pisses me off.
