When urban liberals fear black men, they create social programs. When conservatives fear black men, they move to the suburbs so they don't have to support social programs. Main difference is that conservatives have far less fear afterwards since they know riots aren't going to impact them, only the urban liberals who tried to buy off the riff-raff.
The ones around here are not black. They're mostly white. They look like british chavs.

I've got nothing against "poor" folks. I consider myself to be more middle class these days, but I've lived in Shitty apartments and trailer parks before as well. Anyhow, I don't like people trying to be what they are not. Ie, people living paycheck to paycheck due to bad decisions when in fact they have enough income that they should not have dug themselves into their hole.

M: That is not the question. The question is what kind of help will help the poor. Giving poor people something is done to keep them alive physically. To really help the poor is to change attitude, the attitude of poverty.
You must not let the poor feel they are being helped and to do that you have go exchange help for something in return. The idea is to teach them that by acting they can help themselves. They feel worthless so you charge them for help to show them they have some small value, that they can earn something by work. The work can be quite symbolic if need be.

3 - help them because you genuinely want to help them

There are stupid rich and stupid poor. Plenty of each to go around. There are smart rich and smart poor. It may seem like poor are on average less smart, but no more than what can be accounted for by lack of resources. The more we try to "help" the poor, the more poor we make. War on poverty fails like war on drugs.
Get a bunch of dumb poor people together and get them pissed off, and you get a riot. Get a bunch of dumb rich people together and get them pissed off, and you get an iraq or afghanistan.

The OP may not be a racist but if not he was incorrect in his conception of the stereotypes others can imagine, like the one MP pointed out. There's plenty of racism about and plenty of black ghettos, the product of racism.
