yeah man, u should check for tapeworm. My weight is pretty constant. I am currently drinking nlarge protein shake in addition to 100 pushups and 100 crunches per day to gain some muscle.

One of the symptoms of being a tapeworm host is weight loss... It's not so much weight loss since I've always been this scrawny.

How many per set? Push-ups dont really add muscle, unless you you can only do 5 of them at a time.
 
I was the same way, you guys. What have your attempts to gain weight been like? What kinds of food did you eat and on what schedule? I've successfully put on ~30 lbs of muscle with a change in diet and weight lifting. I can help you guys out if you're serious... because before I started I was about 5' 10" and 130 lbs, just skinny as hell and pretty bummed out about it.

i'm 5'11 and about 150, skinny haha
