I still can't believe how many of you can't handle your clocks changing an hour. Have you ever traveled outside of your time zone? How did you manage?

I went to work one hour late late this morning and will take one hour of pto and leave on time. there, problem solved.

Most of my hobbies are in the woods - disc golfing, mountain biking and dirt biking. DST offers more light later at night which allows me to comfortably do these things after work on the weekdays. It gets "dark" 30min to 60min early in the thicker woods and without DST my seasons would be cut shorter.

I just don't like the changing back and fourth between times. Study after study shows negligible benefits and significant drawbacks.

Bottom line is that we should pick a time and stick with it.

Well, that was bad.

I used the DST shift excuse to sleep really late last night... or this morning. Usual bed time? Na, you can sleep an hour later because it was an hour earlier two days ago.

I hate it too. I have sometimes days that i do not sleep more than 3 to 2 hours and i feel less tired the next day than this, i mean i still go to work and do my work.
One hour DST shift and i feel like i have not slept in a week while doing heavy labor all day.
Even though , i sleep regularly again. My whole biological clock needs to adjust. It will be over in a week or so... 🙁
