I say grab both shotguns and head to the girls house first. Do her till she bleeds outta her ears and eyes. Then pop her a good one. Then go to the guys house. Do him now. I mean, why let it go to waste? ;) Then pop him too.

Then go to the nearest shopping all. Do everyone you see. Then pop them a good one. Then go to the white house, and do everyone. Especially that Monica whore. Then pop her two good ones. Steal Air Force One. Go to Pluto. Do every little green guy you see and make sure you pop them a good one too... ;)

go online and find a pokemon story. then replace all the names of the pokemon with names of people you 2 know mutually...that'll confuse the hell outta him.

"John used thundershock on Jean during a battle for the Sun Badge. I was confident that i would win so i used Bob next because of his superior quick attack and his invulnerabilty to Michael's Water attacks."

LOL.....

Is this girl of legal age? I'd abstain if she wasn't. You may find yourself locked up with her boyfriend.

"thanks for giving me his warning to watch out. so far, the cops have been warned too. so if i get hurt....HM....who did it? could it be...you?

by the way, think about this -- every time you kiss your girlfriend, you are tasting my spit. think about that. muahahaha!"

Ok ok. If the girl ain't of legal age, don't do her. Just pop her. ;)

And no BiggieN, it ain't legal in the US. If it was, I'd be doing something else! ;)

Turn the letter into police, do not write back. Here's why: If you do NOT turn it into the police, they may get the bright idea to turn YOU in for "forcing yourself" onto his snowy virginal girlfriend while she was intoxicated or some such. Or they could just allege that you used brute force to shove your tongue down her throat. Obviously, it's not true. However, the first story to the police, especially on this issue, is likely to be taken as credible. That letter he sent then becomes evidence of how upset the BF was when he found out that his GF had been sexually assaulted.

Take your letter there first, and leave an account of the events that occurred (just basically, she came onto you now her psycho BF is threatening your life). It is best to CYA in this situation.

Definitely turn this letter over to your local police. And, or course definitely "lay the wood" to his girlfriend if at all possible.

Make her "do all the work" and that way, you can't be accused of forcing yourself on her or anything of the sort. :)

Get that letter to the police and show it to someone you trust so they will know in case something does happen to you. This guy is psycho. Take this seriously, as your crazy friend seems to be missing a few marbles.

This is definitely one of the funniest threads I've seen in a long time. Most interesting is your lighthearted take on the whole situation.

> "Oh, next time his girlfriends comes on to you, lay the wood to her"

There's sage advice. I think we can all agree the best course of action is to piss this guy off to the extreme. In all likelihood, he's all hot air. But if you want to find out for sure, this is guaranteed to reveal the truth.

These situations suck ass because the blame is almost always misplaced.

Best regards,
Floyd

Hey Pennstate. I grew up in Baltimore Co., and my parents still live there. The statistics I find rank Baltimore as the 4th MOST dangerous US city out of ~300 ranked as of November 1999. In 1998 it was the 7th WORST in terms of violent crime (Money Magazine). Unless things have changed drastically, you DO live in the Gun Barrel of America.

I'm not trying to flame you or Baltimore in any way, but I think you may have a false sense of security. I love Baltimore, but it just isn't a low crime city. I've lived in New York for 10 years and I feel MUCH safer here :).

Only reasonable thing to do with that letter is go to the police. I wouldn't even bother talking to him, keep this letter, make sure you can prove it was him - and bring it to the cops. Say you're going to press charges. He not only threatened your property but also your physical self. How old is this guy? If he is any older than 15 he should know better - and be held responsible for this.

Isn't making a threat like this some sort of assault or battery? Or is it just a verbal threat? IANAL, but I coulda sworn that making such a threat was criminal (especially since it gives a timeframe). Take it to the police, let them deal with it. Heck, you might even got a body guard!

#1 Print out about 5 copies and put them in seperate places around your house (good [H]ard proof)

#2 This guy is obviously an idiot and a loser if he references the good old anarchist's cookbook. Let him try it, it'll probably explode in his face, literally, anyway.

#3 Give it to the police, he referenced weapons (up the wazoo), your home, and school. You're talking serious jailtime. Especially in the wake of the Columbine crap. Any friends that try to stick up for him can be nailed as accomplices :)

#4 MOST IMPORTANT:: Give him a link to this thread!! That'll frickin' drive him insane(r) and you can't be held personally responsible!!!!

This thread rules,
Chris

EDIT::Nice system extra, can I have it if something were to, um, happen? j/k :p ::EDIT

My advice:

NOTIFY THE POLICE!

Especially since he mentioned the anarchists cookbook. This dude is either wacko and needs to be watched, or he is serious about it.

Second, you could be doing the girl a favor. What if she tries to leave him, and he turns all possesive on her then beats her into staying with him.

Notify the police NOW!

Aren't death threats illegal? they should be. Give us all the guy's address so we can start sending him packages of our own!

Being in law enforcement (Military Police), I definitely say you use the law to totally f*ck him! Take the letter in person to the Police Department and tell them what happened. C'mon, this is a boyfriend/girlfriend/highschool thing, we're not talking adultery here!!! The Police will jump all over this one. They will get the credit for averting another school tragedy and everyone will be happy! BTW, in some states it is a felony offense to tell someone you are going to harm them in any way. He could definitely serve jail time for this one. I had a guy tell me one time that he was going to beat my ass in a parking lot (I was not on duty). He had three witnesses, I had none. Guess who got 6 months probation and a $2000.00 fine for just running off at the mouth. He managed to get it plead down to a misdemeanor because of his "witnesses" who swear he never said such a thing, but I still won. Verbal, electronic and written threats, especially with the detail provided in that letter will get the cops in this guy's ass so fast he'll regret ever writing that letter. Trust me as a law enforcement officer, turn this one in and watch the law at work. It can be quite entertaining to say the least.
