HIV becomes non-viable outside of the body. Not dormant. It can't and doesn't "come out of dormancy."

I dont think you can get it from sweat, cause you can come in contact with someone who has AIDS and not get infected. you can touch them, rub up agenst them, play sports with them, and as long as they have no open wounds, you good!!
