nice fine print. Sellers like that are lame. The people who fall for them are lamer.

what fine print? it says right there in huge letters "WHOLESALE LIST"

I used the wrong term, I meant it more like "tons of deceptive garbage thrown in" and not as "obscure language in tiny print".

just look at the guys feedback, half the folks are no longer a register member. this has scam written all over it. people shouldn't be so stupid to fall for this crap.

"A fool and his money are soon parted."

There are A LOT of them on ebay and this guy is counting on that.

Nothing wrong with it really.

If people are too damn stupid to read the ENTIRE auction then they deserve to be out $50.

I don't know where some of you losers get this attitude.

If by "loser" you mean someone who is not stupid enough to fall for a gimmick like this, or let their kid have access to the credit card so they don't fall for it...then I sir will wear that badge proudly.

I'm guess your parents never taught you decency.

wtf are you talking about?

Wheezer believes that this guy is attempting to deceive people ("A fool and his money are soon parted... ...and this guy is counting on that."). He says there is nothing wrong with that. Hacp believes that there is something wrong with trying to deceive people to get their money.

Seriously - you couldn't understand that?

I agree with Hacp. If the intent is to deceive, then there IS something wrong with that. Nevermind that you'd have to be pretty dumb to fall for the deception, the intent is still there.

True, but what percentage of ebay users pay attention to the category when they search for something? Also, "wholesale list" could be taken to mean wholesale list price. I think you guys are missing the point, nobody is saying it's illegal or even against ebay rules. But if you have intentionally decieve people, and fake your feedback ratings, than you probably have questionable morals. If your mom fell for this scam would you call her an idiot?

If the shoe fits...What difference does it make if his mother fell for it?

Anyways, I don't believe ebay should allow this type of crap. Ebay is already shitty enough, this does not help their shitty site.
