But if she was really drunk, a lot of drunk people are incapacitated mentally and physically (usually from their own doing) so I don't see the need to use a tazer in that video. she could have been warned numerous times to cooperate or she was going to get tazed.
how do you know we saw all the video of her?
I fail to see how the 'suspect' could have seriously posed a danger to the cops though. Handcuff her first. Tazer later if need be. It's not like she was going to go anywhere.
Same here - a relative and a close friend are both cops - and both take far too much crap from the public they're there to protect.
You mean the public they are their to ticket and arrest for having drugs?
