I had steak for lunch yesterday, and a double cheese burger (no bun) at dinner.

It's rib fest this week on campus. A different kind of ribs every day. I don't know what kind it was today but it was really good.

Hell yeah. I like red as hell. Just introduce it to the flame but don't let em get too close. Just enough to kill anything on the outside.

I stopped eating it about four years ago and don't miss it at all. Eating leaner meats like turkey, chicken and lean cuts of pork as well as fish, on the whole is much better for you.
