Not at the moment. I'm on essentially a vegan lifestyle (no meat, no dairy products) to help lower my cholesterol/Blood pressure/Triglycerides, and have been for almost a month.

Let me put it straight though, I love a rare-medium-rare steak, a burger and a chicken breast ... but I would rather give those things up than go on some f'in medication. In the month I've been on a 'food-as-grown' type regimen, my BP has dropped a bit, and my cholesterol and triglycerides went from a very high rating to well under 'average', which I'm happy about.

I will likely incorporate meat very occasionally into my diet, but haven't figured out how I'm going to do so yet.
