So he talks about people on welfare etc, and you PC lefties automatically assume that can only be a reference to non-white people. Racist much? Newsflash, there are people of every race and ethnicity getting government bennies. You're obviously the racist and yet you want to accuse him of it.
It's one of the only things the left has remaining in its playbook. Yell racism.

No idea what this thread is even about BTW. Some bullshit I can safely assume.

Yep that market is crashing:

Dow Jones Industrial Average
INDEXDJX: .DJI - Dec 6, 4:38 PM EST

He's not even president yet. Let's give him some time!

Just imagine what can happen when top tier tax cuts unleash a flood of hot money & bankers free of regulations provide creative financial products designed to relieve people of the burden of it, of too much money...

It's free money to the guys at the top & they're not afraid of losing it.

Oh, and on an equally relevant note, I own more white socks than orange ones. Any other meaningless stats you want to point out?

I merely point out that Trumpsters are not the majority. They're not even a plurality of votes cast. But go ahead & bullshit everybody saying the American people thought Hillary was worse if you need it to assuage your insecurities.

At no point did I say the Trumpsters are the majority. I said the alternative to Trump was worse. Whether the majority of voters voted for Trump is irrelevant, it's not a metric that matters. The vast majority of people in three large states voted for illary, the rest of the country wanted Trump. That's how the EC is set up.

Which explains the fact that she got 232 electoral college votes from 20 states.

That and $5 will get you coffee at Starbucks.

And it gets Trump & the Repubs the power to "Make America Great Again".

When they said they'd drive you home, you apparently didn't realize that was just a euphemism. Don't say nobody tried to warn you.

What a brilliant idea. Lets put him in tow to some distant land, perhaps allow him to visit the ISS as a permanent resident who suddenly experiences a communications blackout. Sorry I couldn't help myself.:D

it's the standard routine for them...

But the reality is...

Man, I'm glad you picked a black guy to defend your strange opinion. It wouldn't be valid otherwise. Obviously, all black guys think like your black guy, so you must be right. Man, I wish I had that black guy card to pull out of my pocket, too.

Again, just as relevant as my sock collection, which is to say , not at all. As I said, the population of three large states went heavily blue, while the rest of the country pretty much went red. Last I saw, about 2600 or so counties voted for Trump, while 300 or 400 voted for illary. Again, counting counties is just as much of a meaningless stat.

Let's just say that Carson's grip on reality is mostly limited to his medical specialty. Expect really big things from him as cabinet secretary. Yuge!

Most people do see the inner Trump for what it is, and most don't like him. The problem is that the alternative was even worse, though many can't see the "inner illary" for what it is.

Excluding the accumulation of large sums, gambling borrowed money and living in a stratosphere divorced from everyone on the ground floor, I'd ask if you want your kids to behave as Trump does, to play loose with the Truth the way he does, and to exhibit the meanness.

I remember when Hillary ran against Obama in the '08 primary. My immediate judgment hinged on all the baggage. And I'd followed the Clintons through the '90s. As for that, excluding the knob-polishing by Monica in the Oral Office, I have a theory about it which is hard to prove. The suspicion lingers.

So I was never a big fan. But people need to review their perceptions in context of media propagation, the deliberate creation of "frenzy-events," and other aspects.

I'll leave that as an exercise.

Maybe people think that political choice is like a smorgasbord -- take a little of this, a little of that, top it off with some of this and that.

Sometimes the choices are dirty. Sometimes you really don't have a choice, even if you imagine so. And sometimes, you may see something clearly, but you don't weigh it carefully.

But I'll say it again, just after typing it into another thread.

Trump lost the election but won the White House.

I know I always take as authoritative the opinion on race of a man who thinks a healthcare law is the worst thing in this country's history since slavery!

Bullshit. Hillary won 20 states & 232 electors. She also won the popular vote. Trump won by technicality & quirk of the EC.

A rational person might think that winning under such circumstance would humble a person & their followers, realizing that it's hardly a mandate for a radical agenda.

But that's what we'll get, obviously. Meanwhile, conservatives will go on about how liberals are arrogant, but not them, obviously, not when they approach the whole thing like they're on a divine mission & the rest of America is the enemy.

GWB 2.0- Now with more feeling, harder & deeper than ever before.

20 states and 232 elector is irrelevant. If only she won the Sanders states. Sanders saw her exposed flank but went the white knight polite route, and it cost him the nomination. Trump exploited it, as many of us predicted.

I wouldn't say all liberals are arrogant, but some Clinton supporters surely were, especially once the polls started signaling a clear and decisive Clinton win. Not all conservatives are arrogant, but some Trump supporters are certainly enjoying the underdog victory and rubbing it in the faces of those who were shitting on them just a few weeks prior.

Rational people also thought it insane to nominate a candidate under active FBI investigation in an election year of clear populist angst.

Who is on a divine mission? Elections have consequences.

Obama is and remains a wildly popular President. His legacy is in jeopardy because the establishment bet on the wrong horse.

You've learned nothing.

Jhhnn -- this is sort of like the Hitler-Trump comparison: partly true, partly inaccurate just for a different historical context. It is true that those who don't pay attention to history are doomed to repeat it.

GWB 2.0 makes sense only for being a "revision." The Lie or lies emanated from a more centralized source. You and I will agree that Little Bush had a Big Brother -- figuratively speaking, as opposed to the genealogy.

It was so simple. It was in truth an oil and defense presidency.

Now, we'll have a Wall Street presidency masquerading as contra-Wall-Street. But it's still "oil and defense." It's worse, for the goons coming out of the shadows and into the sunlight.

Dubya wasn't nearly so disordered as ol' Donnie-Boy. He was just a nose-picking cornpone twit with a chimp vocabulary. Even so -- note how Humpty-Trumpty repeats the same word for emphasis in his rhetoric: " . . . really really wonderful . . . marvelous marvelous." He's also "vocab-deficit." I don't believe he can write: he can only Tweet. Even the ghost-writer of "Art of the Deal" craw-fished on his benefactor.

"Emperor has no Clothes" is evident in the ghost-written book. And in the Tweets. And in the rhetorical deficiency. You can even tell immediately when he's reading the teleprompter and simply ad-libbing. The teleprompter makes him breathe heavily, like he's not getting enough oxygen. Or as if he'd recently been snorting coke.

Well, I have to get back to my easel so I can paint another "Barney."

What are you talking about. Comey announced the findings on 7/5, but prior to the findings it was anyone's guess as to whether or not there would be a recommendation of indictment.

And Hillary wasn't nominated until the DNC, which was held July 25-28. She wasn't under investigation after Comey's speech. The matter was closed until the FBI found Huma's email on Weiner's computer a few weeks prior to the election. That was also a big nothing, but a damaging one.

What are you talking about? The only thing that matters is that this black guy said the same thing that I think about race!

His agreeing with me proves just how totally un-racist I am...because he's black!
