Shelter in Place.

Kinda got freaked out when my weather radio sent out one of those. Shelter in place? What the fuck does that mean? It's actually one of the warnings of the emergency system. Damn thing was blaring at 5 in the morning "shelter in place! shelter in place! shelter in place!"

upon further research I was supposed to break out the duct tape and plastic for the windows and hunker down and shelter in place.
