i accidentaly ate dill pickles from 2004, will i die?

if i remember correctly, pickles don't really go bad.


That's not always true. I knew a pickle that had a good upbringing, was popular, had it all. But then the pickle tried meth. It was all down hill from there.

good news atot, i didnt die! didnt even get any gostrointestinal ruinations, yet anyways. i feel like today is the first day of the rest of my life, and i have been given a second chance!

salt + vinegar = microbes don't live here

Pickling is the most effective way of preserving food and pickles last forever tell the brine is gone if it was in brine its still eatable

Except that botulism only occurs in an environment of low acidity.
