Yup, for the amount of corruption you guys are seeing these days, this is what fills the space in pcgeeks mind

1. Hunter's Laptop
2. Hunter's Laptop
3. Hunter's Laptop
4. GOTO 1.

You have to break Fox News. It's Jim Jones level cancer for the mind.
The Woke Mind Virus. Laughing my fucking ass off. I bet geek thinks he has a strong mind too. All I see is weak. I mean its broken.

I’m in my early 40’s, raised in strict conservative house / environment. It’s been this way as long as I’ve been alive. So easily manipulated, some people (very many) are built to be lied to. It’s all about ego and feels

You don't have to believe it.

Just be careful of what you sign away....

Under Delaware law, “any person who holds, stores, safekeeps or otherwise is left with possession of any abandoned personal property … shall be vested with complete and absolute title to said abandoned personal property and shall have all right to sell, alienate, gift or otherwise dispose of the said abandoned personal property…” The caveat here is that the “abandoned property” statute applies to “tangible personal property” which is abandoned—the physical laptop computer. So, once Hunter abandoned the laptop, the ability to gain full title to the computer vests in the computer shop.
Based on this logic, I could incriminate any repair shop (or anyone really) by dropping off a laptop with CP on it then calling the cops in 15 days. Their property, their data right?

So we've made 12-13 good points in this thread that is hard if not impossible to refute.
So the question is, is @pcgeek11 going to address these or is he going to retreat back into his shell of dissonance.

Sorry, I suck at this humor thing 🙂🙂🙂.

So if theres evidence of wrongdoing on this laptop why are the people that have it just passing it around compromising any evidence thats on it rather than proceeding with any prosecutions?
I'd imagine that its been through so many hands by now that its inadmissible as evidence of anything.

It’s kind of funny how Rudy Giuliani, the source of the laptop to the media, explicitly stated that he wouldn’t turn over the contents out of fear that the media would attempt to verify if it was true.

Yeah. If you force yourself to look at the facts of the situation its quite obvious that there's no evidence of any criminal activity on there or they would have done something with it.
I'd be interested in talking to someone who thinks theres something in it and hearing their reasoning for nothing happening.

I think that the whole Hunter Biden laptop thing is just a symptom of the whole troll mentality. Theres a certain mindset that thinks owning someone online with a sarcastic comment or meme actually means something in the real world.
It's like when sovereign citizens get super upset when their bullshit doesn't fly when they are getting arrested.
You can fling poop online like monkeys in a zoo but to make things happen in the real world you need evidence and some logic.

Is Hunter's laptop where all the pizza pedophilia porn is stored?

Christ...if you dipshits wanted to chase an actual crime, spend some time following Jared Kushner's vagabonding across the middle east.

I think that the whole Hunter Biden laptop thing is just a symptom of the whole troll mentality.

I think it's far worse than that.

Trump was impeached for attempting to extort Ukraine for dirt on Joe Biden.
Trump was forever under a cloud of nepotistic corruption as well as privately making money through his role as President.

Therefore we have Hunter Biden's laptop and supposed links to Ukraine. It doesn't matter that Hunter Biden does not hold any government office whatsoever, it's just a two-pronged bothsides argument, you've got the "family member under a cloud" and "something something Ukraine".

Why are bothsides arguments so commonplace with American conservatives? Logically, a bothsides argument is a really shit general-purpose argument, because team A is basically saying that team B has done something at least as bad as something team A did, so usually sensible people limit bothsides arguments to pointing out that an opponent is being a hypocrite, but that only works if it's a valid comparison, which particularly in GQP era America it isn't.

If one attempts to use a bothsides argument in situations other than pointing out hypocrisy, then they're saying that team A is as bad as team B is, at which point one (assuming one is a reasonably logical person who attempts to consistently apply some kind of ethical code) logically should question why they're still supporting said team, and such a question weakens their level of belief in their team. This doesn't happen with American conservatives, they just trot out a bothsides argument and then carry on mentally fellating the GQP.

So then you've got a situation where a conservative knows that their team is morally shit but carries on supporting them anyway. When one does not hold ones self accountable to some kind of consistent moral code then basically anything goes, it's all a means to an end. Conservatism is a really lame and inconsistent appeal to nostalgia to begin with, which leaves conservative supporters wide open to radicalisation.

IMO an example of this phenomenon brought to an extreme conclusion is when the Nazis knew they were losing the war so they started destroying evidence of their war crimes (e.g. concentration camps). Why? All the time that they were torturing and killing people for the sake of a specific flavour of white supremacy, the official line was that they were morally right, then suddenly... they weren't. Surely if they completely believed that they were morally correct, they would have attempted to continue their crusade until they were stopped by the opposing force.

So to answer op, to fund potential incoming suits, Hunter should counter sue for defamation to the tune of 780 million dollars.
That should cover it.
I saw this late last night and was too tired to post about it. One of the articles I read about it stated that even though he had filed the countersuit, he still wasn't admitting that it was his laptop to begin with...I wondered how that worked.

If the FBI have the laptop in hand at this point, and Hunter is countersuing for the release of the personal data, that has to mean that it was indeed his laptop that has been in question this entire time. I still wonder why it got passed around to so many people, but it was even in question as to if it was his or not, and this kind of confirms that it was.
Joe Rogan have grown a beard.
In case you weren't aware, this guy is a comedian who is usually making fun of redneck conservatives/GQP. He's pretty damn funny IMO and his appearance makes it seem legit, hehe.

The logic pretzels really are quite the sight.

It doesn't work with their echo chamber rhetoric.
Yeah but WE'RE the echo chamber here in their minds. (it can get that way at times, admittedly)

The liberals on this forum often will agree on things, post the same ideas, etc. It's typically because it's the rational, logical, or just plain honest breakdowns that the limited conservatives here don't want to accept.

So...instead of admitting that they know something is entirely bullshit, they stick to the tribalism gang and ignore truth and integrity.

Why do you think I call them 'clowns'? 🤡

But it still doesn't tell us anything remotely interesting. If my computer was stolen, the thief would have access to my personal data. That's all that the currently available information (AFAIK, ignoring GQP/Fox FUD) tells us.

The suit confirms at least some of the data on the laptop was his, but that’s never really been in question. What IS in question is if all the data on it is his. Numerous attempts have been made to verify this but none have been able to do so. Combine this with the idea that Giuliani was desperate to keep these checks from being made is highly suspicious.
