I agree 100%, but an HR department is all about ass covering, so I thought it would fit.

That's because you don't live in the land of the over lawyered where everyone now has a constitutional right to not be offended at anytime anywhere.

You have to explain what this tool does...

I'm floundering here, does it alert HR with 'ZOMG THIS GUY IS A PEDO' call if he types 'cheap'? Asplain!

To clarify, this isn't some kind of email filter, it's a tool where users may wind up writing descriptions. :)
